(Tanium) Core Platform

The State of Maryland is soliciting proposals for a Tanium SaaS solution to manage devices for DoIT Maryland Benefits, specifically focusing on the use of Tanium Certificate Manager to monitor digital certificates and prevent business disruptions. This secondary competition is restricted to Master Contractors already awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) agreement 060B2490021. The procurement covers 2,200 licenses for a term from December 16, 2026, to December 15, 2027, encompassing the Tanium Core Plus, Endpoint Management Plus, Titanium Exposure Management Plus, and Titanium Security Operations suites. The solution must be FedRAMP certified at the moderate level and consist of new, unused, and virus-free software. Proposals must be submitted via email to the Agency Point of Contact by November 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. All bids must be password-protected, with the password sent separately after the due date. Award selection will be based on the most advantageous offer from a responsive and responsible Master Contractor. The contract is subject to various federal and state regulations, including COMAR 21.05.13.06 and non-discrimination mandates under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.
