BUS WRAPPING
Solicitation # M0026427Q0003
Solicitation M0026427Q0003 is a firm-fixed-price requirement for the wrapping of three 2027 MCI J4500 clean diesel coach buses supporting the ceremonial transportation missions of Marine Barracks Washington. The scope of work includes custom measurement of each vehicle and the installation of a full exterior wrap, which must cover the roof and all side windows using perforated window film, while excluding the front windshield. The government will provide transportation of the buses to and from the vendor's location, and final inspection and acceptance will occur at a government-supplied location. Performance is required to be completed between November 1 and November 30, 2026, within the National Capital Region. This procurement is a total set-aside for small businesses, including HUBZone, 8(a), and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses. Award will be granted to the quoter providing the most advantageous offer based on technical capability, fair and reasonable pricing, and past performance. Technical evaluations will focus on the vendor's expertise and ability to meet the performance period, though delivery is weighted less than price. Interested vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management and submit their quotes electronically to the designated point of contact by October 21, 2026. Invoicing and payment for the services will be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
