TANKER (LNG) VOYAGE CHARTER

The U.S. Navy, through the Sealift Program Office of MSC in Norfolk, Virginia, is conducting market research to identify qualified U.S. flag tanker operators capable of performing a voyage charter to deliver approximately 50,000 MMBtu (about 2,200 CBM) of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, specifically to Pier C, for the purpose of completing the cooldown process of the LNG terminal and storage tanks.
