The contract seeks procurement of electrical insulation tape identified by NSN 5970008390824, classified as a commercial item, with specifications requiring Type I tape that is 0.500 inches wide and 0.010 inches thick, delivered in 81-foot rolls, with a shelf life of 12 months extendable under Type 2 Code 4 requirements. The item must conform to CID A-A-59163A Revision A dated 02/10/2020 and MIL-STD-129R Revision R dated 02/25/2023, with packaging and marking strictly following MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129 standards, including Special Marking Code 33 indicating shelf life status.
