Description: Solicitation# SPE7M519RX008 PR#: 1000072189 NSN: 5999-01-378-8454 Item Description: Tape, Shielding, Elec Type of Set Aside: Unrestricted NAICS Code: 334416 Size Standard: 500 AMC/AMSC: 3/D Item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) in accordance with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved source(s) or their suppliers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2340 (c)(1). Approved source(s): MercatUS International (0KWD6) P/N M1007 For those sources who are interested in becoming an approved source, Procurement Note L04 (Offers for Part Numbered Items) and Procurement Note M06 (Evaluation of Offers for Part Numbered Items), outlines the Offeror's requirements and will be included in the solicitation. This NSN will be procured under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. A base period of 1 year and four separate 1-year option years with a total duration not to exceed 5 years are anticipated. Quantity: 1506 BX (5 rolls per box) (base year) Price breaks from 75 BX up to 1,807 BX will be included in the Base Year and each of the 4 Option years of the solicitation FOB Origin, Inspection / Acceptance Destination First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. Procurement Notes C16 & C17 Delivery: 116 days Ship-To Address: Shipping instructions shall be provided with individual delivery orders. Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within 30 days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155). This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around April 2019.
