Full Description

Public notice of sole-source award notification for modification P00004 to the TSHS IDIQ W31P4Q-17-D-0044. The modification increased the ceiling by $50,964,753.21 from $44,824,528.20 to $95,789,281.41. The duration of the IDIQ were not adjusted and the ordering period will expire on 13 September 2022. The increase if for all sections of the IDIQ, Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee. The increase will allow the Government to continue the current TSHS support until the end of the ordering period without loss of capabilities. All items contained in the TSHS IDIQ will be competed on the upcoming W900KK20R0061 Target, Threat Hardware for Readiness, Evaluation, And Testing Support (TTHREATS) IDIQ. Acquisition planning has started and a Request for Information will be forthcoming on a separate public notice.
