The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is seeking to issue one (1) contract for one (1) Senior Change Management Consultant (Stream 2.6) under the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. The work to be performed is detailed under Annex “A” Statement of Work. The resources are primarily required to work off-site at their own facilities but may be required to attend in-person meetings at 120 Colonnade Drive in the National Capital Region with an anticipated contract period from the October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024. There will one (1) additional one (1) year option period.
