Taylor Park Improvements- Phase 2

The City of Bloomingdale is soliciting sealed proposals for the Taylor Park Improvements- Phase 2 project in Bloomingdale, Georgia. The scope of work involves the construction of a new concrete basketball court that meets high school requirements, including a concrete slab, new goals, and a surface finished with acrylic or elastometric sports court coating and acrylic paint for striping. All work must comply with State of Georgia Public Parks Compliance and specific technical standards, including ASTM C 94 for concrete mixing, ACI 301-99 for formwork, and ASTM A 615/A 615M Grade 60 for reinforcement bars. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the City of Bloomingdale by 4:00pm on November 30, 2026, following a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 12th at 2:00pm.
