Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Planning and Client Portfolio Management Division (PCPM) has a requirement for up to 5 Business Analyst(s) (Level 3) on an “as and when required” basis, through the issuance of Task Authorizations (TA’s), to support the delivery of Departmental priority of new and existing IM/IT projects. The Business Analyst consultants will provide strategic analysis, expert guidance and mentor junior business analysts, while still fulfilling the traditional role of the BA to help define the requirements for a given IT project. The resources will support projects and initiatives within the department Planning and Client Portfolio Management Division, that include the following: 1. Carbon Markets Bureau (CMB) 2. Regulatory Service Platform (RSP) 3. Workload Migration and Application Modernization 4. Engagement and Collaboration Platform Additional projects may also be added on an as and when required basis. Bidders must submit a bid for all Resource categories.
