This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:Two (2) level 2 TestersThree (3) level 2 Business Systems AnalystsThe Health Products and Food Branch (HPFB) aims to better inform Canadians to help them make healthy choices by modernizing business efficiency, and coordinating Information Technology (IT) systems with departmental strategies. Deploying functional and high-impact IT systems are central to Health Canada business, and are required to support organizational processes. HPFB plans to invest in various IT projects to ensure that systems conform to departmental standards and functional requirements. By contracting and managing qualified resources, it will assist in ensuring that all Canadians are informed and the goals and needs of the HPFB can be met. As such, Health Canada has a requirement up to two (2) Testers and up to three (3) Business System Analysts to support IT projects across the HPFB on an as and when required basis. Task Authorizations (TA) will be issued against the Service Outline Agreement to support the various Health Canada initiatives.The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:1.
