DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTThis Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued for Statistics Canada to require the TBIPS Professional Services of one (1) resource of Change Management Consultant (Category P.1), Level 3, specializing in IT Accessibility Management.QUALIFICATIONAll TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 under the EN578-170432 series of SAs and being qualified under the above Resource Category can compete, unless it would not be consistent with the business requirements of efficient operations.EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGYHighest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (70%) and Price (30%)SECURITY REQUIREMENTSContractor: Reliability Status (DOS, upon contract award)Personnel: Reliability Status (upon contract award)LOCATION OF WORK AND TRAVELThe Contractor’s resource will work both in Statistics Canada headquarters in NCR and remotely. No travel is required.DURATION OF CONTRACTIt is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract with a period from contract award date to March 31, 2023, plus three (3) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
