Tundra Technical Solutions Inc Description of Work: The Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) has identified a requirement for multiple technical resources with a Secret clearance to provide support to the Contact Management and Trade Systems Team (SIAB) on an as and when required basis, to carry out and deliver technical services in the delivery of TRIO2 Replacement To minimize risks, ensure a smooth transition to a new technology and reduce costs, DFATD decided to take an iterative approach to the overall solution, developing and implementing a minimum viable product (MVP), called TRIO3, whose features represent the minimum capabilities to ensure business continuity. An MVP has three key characteristics: · It has enough value that people are willing to use or buy it initially; · It demonstrates enough future benefit to retain early adopters; and · It provides a feedback loop to guide future development.
