TDA Isolated Phase Bus and Duct Inspection

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number W9127N27QA002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for The US Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District. This is a requirement at The Dalles Lock and Dam to solicit services to test the condition of the Isolated Phase Bus and Duct System and to abate approximately 100 lbs. of gaskets containing asbestos containing material from the isolated phase bus hatch panel doors and dispose of the asbestos material off Government property at approved facilities. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
