NSWC Indian Head Division (IHD) requires access to secure collaborative workspace and meeting facilities and on‑demand Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). SME support may be required in the areas of energetics, ordnance systems, research and development, test and evaluation, engineering, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), counter‑improvised explosive device (C‑IED) operations, and other mission‑related technical disciplines supporting NSWC IHD's full‑spectrum energetics mission.The required facilities shall include classrooms, laboratories with SME support, office space, and conference rooms accredited for discussions and activities at the Secret classification level. The facilities must provide an environment conducive to collaboration, planning, training, testing, and operational support while meeting all applicable security and access requirements and be located within 10 miles of NSWC IHD's main gate.



NSWC IHD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to United States Bomb Technician Association, located at 4450 Indian Head Highway, Indian Head, MD 20640. The NAICS code is 561920 and the PSC code is X1AB. THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
