Full Description

The Technical Support Contract (TSC) is in support of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) missions as well as Research and Development (RDT&E). As a result, money will be separated amongst two CLINs. Historically, the work required in accordance with the Statement of Work is a 70/30 split (70% RDT&E and 30% O&M). Throughout the course of the contract, when a task surfaces, the program will provide clear instruction as to whether the work is classified as RDT&E versus O&M so the contractor will be fully aware of the appropriate billing method. Under the circumstances, we ask you to price out your work in accordance with the Section L instructions to allow for cost analysis. When determining your pricing please take the SOW requirements and workload history (Annex 2) into consideration and then when inputting the values into Section B of the solicitation, take the bottom line value for the work and apply 70% to the R&D CLIN and 30% to the O&M CLIN. Thank you!
