Full Description

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to execute an order under the basic ordering agreement N00173-14-G-2001 for technical support and maintenance of the AN/APS-147 family of radars with a period of performance of June 2015 through March 2016. This order will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 utilizing Class J&A 6.302.1-21. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a quote and technical capabilities, which, if received within fifteen calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by NRL. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the e-mail address shown below. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
