Full Description

The Contractor shall provide personnel, materials, parts, supplies, tools, equipment, and vehicles to operate and maintain information systems and infrastructure for the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) communication systems at Ft. Buchanan, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Support required will include the following: Administration Telephone Services (ATS), Inside and Outside Plant (OSP) (Cable), Information Technology (IT) Services including Server Administration and System Maintenance, software installation, hardware and software troublwshooting, Network Administration and Telecommunication Support. The Contractor shall be required to support surges due to fluctuation of the Ft. Buchanan population. The Contractor shall provide all required aspects of voice and data operations and maintenance (O&M) support.
