Response: Maintenance and repairs of the Emerson NetSure 502 DC Power System and associated batteries are included in the FFP portion. 2. Is cabling or wiring repairs from the PBX to the end users telephone included? Response: Maintenance and repairs will include the trunk and station cabling, fused protections, terminal blocks and distribution frames from the PBX to the end users telephone in the FFP portion. 3. With regard to the disaster recovery, it is our understanding that we must meet the requirement to have parts on hand within the requirements of the Scope of Work but not to provide pricing for a fully redundant, off-site system. Please confirm. Response: The plan should not include an offsite disaster recovery solution but rather demonstrate how the contractor would respond to a catastrophic failure and their ability to have spare parts in such an emergency.
