VIA is looking for highly experienced supplier(s) to be able to implement and deliver turnkey innovative programs that will consistently meet the needs of VIA employees and their families, in the following four (4) following categories: 1)  Category A : Primary telemedicine services, illimited psychotherapy (clinically appropriate; basic service/ regular intervention) 2)  Category B : The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)  3)  Category C:  À la carte services (an asset) : Complimentary services for ad-hoc services : such as, but not limited to, assistance program for complex cases (for example: conflict, dependance, difficult behaviors, mediation, traumatic events support, various workshops, training, etc).   4)  Category D : Mental Health and Wellness Program (an asset) This includes, without limitations, Resources possessing a high level of expertise, innovative and dynamic tools to facilitate and promote the delivery of services to participants and an ongoing commitment to the highest standards of quality.    The Tenderer can submit the Tender for one or more categories.  A Tenderer can be selected for one or more categories, or various Tenderers can be selected for the same category.   In order to submit the proposal, the Tenderer must be able to comply with the following mandatory criteria:  1) Official Languages:     Tenderer must be able to provide services in both Canada’s official languages (English and French). 2) Experience: For Category A: Primary telemedicine services, unlimited psychotherapy (clinically appropriate) (Basic service / regular intervention)        The Tenderer must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of telemedicine. For Category B: The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)        The Tenderer must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP). 3) Geographic Coverage of the services: For Category A: Primary telemedicine services, unlimited psychotherapy (clinically appropriate) (Basic service / regular intervention)           The Tenderer has the ability and the necessary Resources to provide all of the services described in all of the provinces where VIA employees are (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia). For Category B: The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)           The Tenderer has the ability and the necessary Resources to provide all of the services described in all of the provinces where VIA employees are (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia). 4) Service availability: For Category A: Primary telemedicine services, unlimited psychotherapy (clinically appropriate) (Basic service / regular intervention)  and Category B: The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) The Supplier’s Intake Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in English and in French.
