The Naval Medical Logistics Command, under the Department of Defense, intends to award a firm fixed price delivery order to ScriptPro USA Inc. for the Telepharmacy Remote Dispensing and Verification System and Outpatient Pharmacy Automation Program. The contract is classified under NAICS code 811219, which carries a small business size standard of 19 million dollars. To ensure system integrity, the vendor must be an original equipment manufacturer authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, ensuring that all warranties, software licensing, and services are maintained according to original equipment manufacturer terms and conditions. This action is justified by the determination that ScriptPro is the only source capable of providing compatible support for the specific proprietary systems currently in use.
