The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General, Investigations is requesting for information for telephone and voicemail providers in the St. Thomas, Virgin Islands area. The agency desires a contractor that can provide telephone and voicemail services to for 3 business lines to include caller ID, fees and surcharges, voicemail and monthly services for two phone and one fax line. This RFI is only to determine the existence of telephone and voicemail providers in the St. Thomas, Virgin Islands area. In addition to providing a capabilities statement to show that your company currently performs these services, please provide your company size standard. If you hold a GSA schedule for these services please include contract number. Your response should be sent to psb3@bpd.treas.gov no later than close of business on October 20, 2008. In your response, please reference RFI-FIG-09-0001 in the subject line. Please note that this information is being requested for information and planning purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach, nor should it be construed as a commitment by the Government.
