SPECIAL NOTICE ON FBO THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, that the 52nd Contracting Squadron Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, intends to solicit on a sole source basis, Systems Atlantic, Inc, Kennsaw, GA, under the autority of FAR 6.302-1 (b) (4) (10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this synopsis is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
