Description of the Requirement:
Public Safety Canada (PS) has a requirement to acquire television channel services for approximately 68+ televisions located in 4 buildings in Ottawa, ON. The number of television locations may increase or decrease depending upon the requirements of the department. Public Safety may also have a future requirement for IPTV services where hardwired cable is not required.
Level of Security Requirement:
There are no security requirements associated with this Request for Proposal (RFP)
Important notes:
-There is a mandatory site visit required under this RFP.
-Public Safety Canada cannot accept a Satellite service based solution.
The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to December 31, 2026. With an additional 3 option years.
