The U.S. Army TMDE Activity is seeking a brand-name or equivalent procurement of three temperature bath units under a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, with the NAICS code 334513. The requirement calls for one Fluke Model 6055 High Temperature Bath, capable of operating between 200°C and 550°C at 60Hz/220VAC, and two Fluke Model 7340-16 Compact Temperature Baths, operating between -40°C and 150°C at 60Hz/115VAC, to replace aging calibration equipment at the Army Physical Standards Labs located in Building 5435 at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Delivery must be made to the specified address with all units required to be fully functional and ready for immediate deployment. The solicitation, numbered PANRSA26P0000033423949, was posted on July 14, 2026, with responses due by July 29, 2026, and is open exclusively to small businesses certified under the Small Business Administration’s program. There are no specified delivery timelines, FOB terms, or contract options outlined, and no formal pricing, CLIN structure, or contract value is provided. While technical specifications are tightly defined by model number and performance parameters, no formal inspection criteria, packaging standards such as MIL-STD-129, or acceptance testing procedures are detailed. The evaluation methodology is not stated, though the Firm-Fixed-Price nature suggests a potential Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach. Point of contact for delivery is Matthew Watts, and inquiries may be directed to Wanda Little or Portia Sampson, though no Contracting Officer, COR, or COTR is formally identified. No representations, certifications, or submissions from offerors are included in the documentation, and no special requirements for security clearances, OCI, or key personnel are indicated. Payment procedures, invoicing methods, and accounting data such as TAS or AAC are unspecified, and the solicitation does not provide instructions on proposal format, page limits, media acceptable for submission, or whether electronic submission through a federal portal is required.
