NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT Temperature Controlled, High Cube Metal Storage Container for the Department of National Defence (DND). DND requires the purchase of a Temperature Controlled High Cube Metal Storage Container. Deliverables Item Description 1. Temperature Controlled, High Cube Metal Storage Container. Quantity 1 Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Canadian Content: The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services. Nature of Requirement: The High Cube Metal Storage Container must provide a secure storage and work space for spare parts used to repair operationally critical equipment. The High Cube Metal Storage Container must have a metal exterior, which prevents perforation, protects against theft and must also be large enough to allow for repair work to be conducted inside of the container itself. The High Cube Metal Storage Container must also allow relocation, if necessary. The requirement in its entirety, is detailed within the RFP at Annex “A” Requirement. Delivery Date: 28 March 2024 Competitive Procurement Strategy: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.
