Temperature Sensors for the DFW Energy Plaza

The Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board is soliciting quotes for eight units of NOSHOK 910/915 Series spring-loaded RTD temperature sensors for use at Energy Plaza, with all components required to be new, unused, and of a current model. The sensors must meet precise technical specifications including a temperature range of -50°F to 750°F, accuracy of ±0.04% at 0°C, and a single 3-wire circuit configuration, and must comply fully with all published NOSHOK specifications. All quotes must be submitted via the BonfireHub portal at dfwairport.bonfirehub.com before 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, and submissions by mail or email will not be accepted. Pricing must include all costs for packing, crating, transportation, and miscellaneous fees to the F.O.B. point at 3122 East 30th Street, DFW Airport, Texas 75261, with no additional freight charges permitted for partial shipments unless expressly authorized. The Airport Board is tax exempt and will not pay for any taxes or related fees. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, with the Board retaining the right to split the award across multiple purchase orders if deemed in its best interest. Delivery is not complete until the sensors are physically received and accepted by the Board or its authorized representatives, and all shipments must arrive within the stated timeframe, which is of the essence. Non-conforming items may be refused or canceled at the seller’s expense, and failure to correct performance issues within ten days of written notice may result in termination. The seller must comply with all federal, state, and local laws including OSHA regulations for hazardous materials, requiring the provision of properly formatted Material Safety Data Sheets and hazard warning labels. The seller must also indemnify the Airport Board and affiliated entities against all claims arising from the product or its use, certify that no gratuities were offered to influence the award, and affirm non-discrimination in employment practices consistent with Executive Order 11246. Legal disputes are governed by Texas law with exclusive venue in Dallas or Tarrant Counties, and all quotes must remain valid for at least sixty days.
