Scope: Description of Work 2.1 Contractors shall repair, maintain, install, reset, remove and replace fencing as directed by the City of Sacramento. When replacing fencing, unless otherwise specified by the City, the Contractor shall replace the existing fence with a fence made of new materials placed in the same location. 2.2 Contractors may be requested to provide such services at any time (24 hours a day, seven days a week). 2.3 Contractors shall work expeditiously and continuously on the project until all work is completed. Thereafter, the contractor will stay upon the premises until such work is inspected and approved by a representative of the Housing and Dangerous Buildings or the Neighborhood Code Compliance Divisions. 2.4 All work shall be performed in a workmanlike manner. 2.5 Breach of any requirement of the agreement shall be cause for removal of the contractor from the program at the sole discretion of the Chief of Housing and Dangerous Buildings or the Code Enforcement Manager. 2.6 Temporary fencing contractors shall provide and install temporary cyclone fencing as needed to secure various structures and/or properties. The fencing shall be comprised of six feet high panels and appurtenances. 2.7. When a representative of the Housing & Dangerous Buildings Division or the Neighborhood Code Compliance Division requests the temporary fencing contractor to provide temporary fencing of a building or property, the installer and all components of the temporary fencing shall arrive at the location of such building or property no more than 90 minutes after the request, unless directed otherwise by the City.
