Description of the Requirement: Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for Temporary Help Services and has issued a Request for Proposal to suppliers generated from CPSS who are qualified under the streams and categories listed above. Deliverables 1. Complete inventory of each SharePoint instance. 2. ITSEC documentation for the certification of SharePoint Online to be up to Protected B. (Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), evidence of configurations) 3. Information Management policies to SharePoint instances implemented. 4. Bi-weekly Progress Report on migration activities. Identification of issues, risks and mitigation strategies. 5. Technical documentation (Requirements, Data Dictionary, Design) 6. Knowledge transfer sessions 7. Migrated SharePoint instances to SharePoint Online Level of Security Requirement: Resource(s) Minimum Security Level Required is Secret Associated Documents: Request for Proposal (RFP) 21120-24-4667738 Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to 48 weeks later.
