The purpose of this Bid is to establish a contract with qualified and trained service personnel to provide temporary nursing services for the School Board of St. Johns County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as “School Board” or “SCJSD”) on an as needed basis. The Bidder will be responsible for meeting all specifications as outlined herein and on the Bid Sheet. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or termination of award.
