Dalhousie University is issuing this Request for Standing Offers (“RFSO”) to solicit offers from qualified suppliers to provide temporary staffing services for staff (administrative) positions on an as‑needed basis, as described in the RFSO Particulars (Appendix B). Successful Offerors will be placed on a Standing Offer List and may be issued call-ups during the Standing Offer period. This RFSO does not guarantee any volume of work.Dalhousie University is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified vendor list(s) for the purpose of providing non-exclusive temporary staffing services for staff (administrative) positions. Dalhousie’s objective is to source competent and qualified temporary staff (hourly paid) with an emphasis on candidates that meet the definition on an “as and when required basis” to fulfill administrative needs at competitive rates with minimal administrative expense. These services may be required on our campuses in Halifax and Truro, Nova Scotia and Saint John, New Brunswick. Please Note: To ensure the latest information and updates regarding this bid, the onus is on the bidder to ensure they are monitoring the bidding system for issued addenda, clarifications and instructions that may impact submissions.
