This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only. This is an intent to sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent to sole source and synopsis of proposed action. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be awarding TempTrak Sensors Calibration for VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS), using 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by RFO 6.103-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute). Contracting Officers may use the noncompetitive (sole source) procedures authorized in VAAR 819.7008 (DEVIATION) or VAAR 819.7009 (DEVIATION) up to $5,000,000. 819.7008 Sole source awards to a certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to TrillaMed LLC.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by completing the attached Market Research Questionnaire and returning it to contact@example.gov no later than 12 PM PST on 05/27/26. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to number 36C26126P0728, Notice of Intent in the subject line. A determination not to complete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
