Tentative Parcel Map No. PPM 25-023

Tentative Parcel Map No. PPM 25-023 is a project managed by the County of Tulare to divide a 51.33-acre parcel into two separate lots, consisting of a 2.81-acre parcel and a 48.52-acre parcel. The primary objective of this division is to create a homesite parcel. The subject property is located at 7437 Avenue 376 in Dinuba, within the AE-40 Exclusive Agriculture 40-acre minimum zone and situated outside of any urban boundaries. The project is exempt under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, Class 1, as it involves the continuation of existing residential and agricultural uses, including a grandfathered feedlot facility, with no plans for new construction, expansion, or intensification of use. The lead agency is the Tulare County Resource Management Agency, and the project is being coordinated through the Chief Planner and associated environmental and project planners for the benefit of the applicants, Gary Zysling and Clinton Caudle.
