Tentative Tract Map 38945

The Riverside County Planning Department has approved Tentative Tract Map 38945, a project proposed by the Coachella Valley Housing Coalition to subdivide a 60.54 gross acre lot, consisting of 57.34 net acres, into 291 single family residential lots. The project is located in the unincorporated Mecca-Northshore community of California, specifically bounded by 64th Avenue to the north, Lincoln Street to the east, 63rd Avenue to the south, and Johnson Street to the west. The Riverside County Planning Commission officially approved the project on September 3, 2025.
