JUNE 11, 2026:  AMENDMENT TWO (A0002) - Please read this AMENDMENT (A0002) in its entirety.  This Amendment (A0002) provides responses to Contractor's questions. This information is found in the Attachments/Links section.  Quotes are due by JUNE 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time. Submit Quotes by the due date/time to the POCs: Janice King, Contract Specialist, at janice.king@usda.gov and to Lucas Dahlman, the Contracting Officer, at lucas.dahlman@usda.gov. 


JUNE 3, 2026:  AMENDMENT ONE (A0001) - Please read this AMENDMENT (A0001) in its entirety as it moves the due dates up for questions and quote submissions. In addition, the POP has been amended and a site visit added for this project. AMENDMENT ONE (A0001) is located in the Attachments/Links.

Description of Work:  The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, testing, and documentation necessary for the removal of the existing and replacement of a new deep-well pump system for a 921-foot well, including the installation of a new 5 HP submersible pump and associated controls. See the SOW, SPECS, and SOI  for additional information.
