ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Southaven, Mississippi will receive written sealed bids until the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. local time, on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Southaven, at the following address: Southaven City Hall 8710 Northwest Drive Southaven, Mississippi 38671 Received Bids will then be publicly read aloud in the City’s Board Room at 10:15 a.m. local time. Bids are for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials (as specified) necessary for the project designated as the “Term Contract for Public Works and Utilities Construction Projects”. Specifications are on file and can be viewed at the office of the City Clerk. Bids are for the construction, repair, and/or maintenance of City infrastructure and providing emergency assistance as needed for work related to municipal public works and utilities. The work will generally include but is not limited to earthwork, trenching, excavation, grading and drainage, clearing and grubbing, grassing, concrete work, culvert and drainage installation, underground utility installation and repairs, demolition and dewatering. This Contract shall be for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to renew the contract for additional periods up to four (4) additional years.
