Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted exclusively through the County’s OpenGov online portal, with responses considered binding. The County highlights the importance of prevailing wages for all work performed on County property, and bidders are advised to review related wage information. Key dates include a mandatory job walk on September 25, 2024, and deadlines for bid questions on October 3, 2024, and bid submissions on October 10, 2024. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely submission and monitoring for any addenda or updates. The project’s estimated value ranges from $500,000 to $1,500,000, and the County reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsible bidders.
