1. INTRODUCTION
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21), is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support, a requirement for Terumo System 1 Heart-Lung Bypass devices Maintenance, VISN 21, San Francisco Medical Center.
The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement and identifying potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs). Performance will occur for Station 662 at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 21, San Francisco Medical Center, and its associated regional clinics under the VA San Francisco Healthcare System.
