Solicitation # FA9302-21-S-C001
The Finding Innovative Solutions for Test (FAST) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), solicitation number FA9302-21-S-C001, is a pilot program issued by the Air Force Test Center (AFTC) in coordination with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC). The objective is to partner with industry to acquire innovative technologies, processes, or methods—ranging from basic research to operational systems development—to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the national test mission. The government intends to award FAR Part 12 fixed-price contracts or Other Transaction for Prototype agreements, including potential follow-on production contracts. Prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and comply with NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity assessment requirements. All contract awards or agreements under this CSO must be finalized by September 30, 2022.
