66--TRANSDUCER,MOTIONAL
Solicitation # SPRPA126QUB95
Solicitation SPRPA1-26-Q-UB95, issued by DLA Aviation at Philadelphia, is a request for quotations for the procurement of a Motional Transducer (NSN 6695-01-573-1832 P8). The acquisition is conducted as a commercial item procurement under FAR Part 12, requiring that all supplied components be new, unused, and provided by government-approved sources. A critical requirement for award is the provision of a properly executed FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate to certify airworthiness and conformity to FAA-approved design data. Offerors must provide documentation supporting the commerciality of the items and, if acting as a distributor, must submit an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer's letterhead. The government intends to make a single award based on the most advantageous terms, with past performance rated as more important than price. Evaluation of past performance may utilize the DoD Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) color ratings. Technical requirements include compliance with AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent quality standards, and inspection and acceptance will occur at the source. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-129, with specific requirements for overseas shipments and electrostatic discharge protection where applicable. Invoicing and payment will be processed electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Quotations are due by October 26, 2026.
