NAICS: 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.
Description of the service: This is a non-personal service to perform tests and inspections on fire extinguishers, fire rated doors and panic hardware at USAG Italy, DMC. The Contractor shall manage and provide all equipment, tools and labor necessary to perform tests and inspections on fire extinguishers, fire rated doors and panic hardware at USAG Italy, DMC Areas, as described in detail on the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Location of the work: The service shall be performed at Camp Darby and PASA, Via Vecchia Livornese, Tirrenia, Pisa and Leghorn Army Depot, Via Aurelia, Tombolo, Pisa.
Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows:
Base Year: 1 September 2026 – 31 August 2027
Option Year One: 1 September 2027 – 31 August 2028
Option Year Two: 1 September 2028 – 31 August 2029
Option Year Three: 1 September 2029 – 31 August 2030
Option Year Four: 1 September 2030 – 31 August 2031
Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price Type Contract.
Funding: Funds are available for this requirement.
