This is to notify that the United States Agency for International Development's Regional Mission for Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus and Cyprus (USAID/Ukraine) will be modifying Contract No. AID-121-C-11-00002 with Chemonics International, Inc. in Ukraine. The project title is "The Fair, Accountable, Independent and Responsible (FAIR) Judiciary Program in Ukraine." Depending on funds availability USAID plans a $2.1 million increase to the TEC of the Contract. The proposed action will expand FAIR's anti-corruption related activities by supporting implementation of the Law on the Purification of Government by supporting the development of institutions for vetting, procedures, training and raising public awareness, in line with international standards. The proposed increase of 2.1 million will increase the ceiling from $16,991,610 to a new ceiling of $19,091,610. The proposed action will not change the performance period of the contract, which runs from October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2016. No expression of interest is requested.
