**Submission: The Stage I proposal documents that are requested in the RFSQ must be submitted via the U3P website no later than 12:00 PM* on Friday, August 14, 2026.**
**Pre-bid Conference: A MANDATORY Pre-proposal Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM* in-person at the Taylorsville State Office Building.**
