NA The U.S. Army Medical Acquisition Activity intends to procure on a sole source basis the production of Multiphoton detection (MPD) ELISA reagents for identification of Bacillus anthrcis gamma phage receptor site for the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. The MPD is unique proprietary technology that can detect and quantify both proteins and nucleic acids. The proposed period of performance shall be from 15 August 2003 - 14 August 2004. An offeror shall submit information that shows proof that they can offer the production of the same MPD ELISA reagents. See Numbered Note 22.
