***** The purpose of this Order is to renew a subscription to Scopus, a literary research database offered by Elsevier B.V. Accordingly, 1. This is a Firm-Fixed Price Order for up to 1000 ARPA-E users. 2. The period of performance of the Base Period is September 20, 2022 through September 19, 2023. 3. In the event of a conflict between this Order and the Elsevier subscription agreement attached herein, the terms and conditions of this Order shall control. 4. Third party use of Scopus is permitted; ARPA-E contractors will utilize Scopus to perform their duties in support of the ARPA-E mission. 5. The Notice to Proceed granted by the Contracting Officer on 9/19/2022 is hereby incorporated into this Purchase Order. 6.
