This contract secures a subscription to IPD Latin America, LLC to deliver two specialized publication suites focused on energy security, supply, infrastructure, and investment dynamics in Venezuela and Mexico. The Contractor is tasked with providing regular, in-depth analysis and reporting tailored to the Energy Security Division’s needs, ensuring timely and authoritative insights into critical energy developments in these two key markets. In addition to the publication products, IPD will supply direct energy consulting services from its dedicated subject matter experts based in Mexico and Venezuela, enabling the Government to access real-time expert interpretation and contextual analysis. Should the Government Sponsor request and the Contracting Officer exercise an option during any annual performance term, IPD will also conduct a dedicated project study in the form of a deep-dive report. This study will analyze the implications and risks to U.S. energy interests arising from significant energy-related events in either Venezuela or Mexico.
