Submissions marked "COR-7333 The Railyard Site Developer" (email subject line) will be received by the City of Regina, Procurement Branch via email, no later than 02:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on September 30, 2026. The solicitation describes a requirement for a Developer as described within the RFP.
