Only existing buildings and/or buildings currently under construction (speculative construction) will be considered. Built to suit construction will not be considered. Space must be located within the delineated area below: North: College Street/Beattie Place South: Camperdown Way East: Highway 29 West: Highway 12 Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; OR 2) on an attractively-landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. All space must be contiguous on one floor and column spacing must be a minimum of twenty (20) feet. On-site parking must meet/or exceed local code and one reserved, inside parking space must be available on-site for a Government vehicle. The location should be accessible by public transportation. Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire and life safety and be capable of being fully handicapped accessible. Building must be capable of meeting the Government's security requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
