Subleases are not acceptable. Class A space is required. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located in Huntsville, AL within the following boundaries: Zip code of 35805. REQUIRED: Five (5) reserved surface parking spaces are required for IRS. Parking is preferred to be on-site and/or available within 1/4 mile or 3 city blocks of the new location. Public transportation is required within 2 or 3 city blocks of the new location (if public transportation is available within the zip code of 35805). All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
