THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The USAF/82d ATRS requires parts and repairs to Theodolite Model 20-8403 for conducting real time weather and data assessments pertaining to Sub-Scale Launch capabilities. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the date of close specified herein will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote by 1:00 PM CST, July 5 2023, which shall be considered by the Government.
