161st ARW Advantor Thermal Imager This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 161st ARW Arizona Air National Guard, 3200E Old Tower Rd Phoenix, AZ 85034 has a requirement to procure JAFAN 6/9 compliant IDS and Access Control System (ACS) including installation. These items are as follows: The Arizona Air National Guard intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Advantor Systems Corporation. Requirement is for the installation of Advantor Thermal Imagers to improve intrusion detection by Advantor Integrated Monitoring System. Components must maintain full functionality with already owned/installed software and hardware. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is not a request for competitive proposals. CLIN 0001: Thermal Imager Expansion Materials/Freight - 1 JOB CLIN 0002: Thermal Imager Design/Install - 1 JOB PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 120 Days ADC Include all necessary equipment to furnish and install the complete Advantor systems in this requirement. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source, Government Services Administration (GSA) Delivery Order to: ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION MIKE OLLIVIER 12612 CHALLENGER PKWY STE 300 ORLANDO, FL 32826-2700 The firm is the sole distributor of the product and no other source will satisfy the Government's requirement to meet JAFAN 6/9 standards, including IDS system and regulatory requirements.
